Our new film series for Lloyds Banking Group, designed to help them attract exceptional talent while challenging the idea that working at a big bank is all stuffy and dull. This isn’t your typical corporate recruitment campaign.
Following a competitive pitch, we developed a collection of films inviting anyone who feels stuck in the same old routine to pause and think about a career with Lloyds Banking Group.
With the finance group embarking on the most significant transformation journey the UK financial sector has ever seen, this could be the fresh start many are looking for.
To attract amazing talent and shift perceptions about working in banking, the films tap into a relatable truth: nothing reveals your true feelings about your job quite like Monday mornings. It gently nudges at the reality that there’s nothing wrong with being in a job you dislike… as long as you don’t stay there.
Set against this all-too-familiar sentiment, the film seeks to inspire a wide array of talented yet disheartened individuals, encouraging them to pursue something more fulfilling.

Teaming up with comedy director Kyle Shepard (represented by Chief), we created a 60-second hero film along with a series of five 30-second spots. Each spot showcases different characters who embody the diverse skills and disciplines that the banking group hopes to attract. All narrated by the voice of Matt King (‘Super Hans’ from Peep Show), who lends a new inner voice to our characters, gently stirring them from their slumber with some low-key words of wisdom.
